1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of self storage services provided by Proparea Unipessoal Lda. (NIPC 515555797), headquartered at Rua Joly Braga Santos Lote I, 1600-123 Lisbon, Portugal, operating under the brand "Allstorage".
2. Definitions
- Box: Individual storage unit provided to the customer
- Cliente: Individual or corporate entity contracting the services
- Contrato: Box rental agreement
- Período de faturação: Monthly billing cycle
3. Object of the Contract
Allstorage grants the customer the right to use a box at its facilities for storage of personal or commercial goods for the contracted period.
4. Duration and Renewal
The contract has a minimum duration of 1 (one) month, automatically renewing for equal periods unless terminated by either party with at least 30 days notice before the end of the current period.
5. Price and Payment
The rental price is charged monthly and in advance. Non-payment on the due date subjects the customer to payment of interest at the legal rate in force.
6. Customer Obligations
The customer undertakes to:
- Use the box only for storage of lawful goods
- Not store dangerous, flammable or illegal products
- Keep the box in good condition
- Pay monthly fees on time
- Not assign or sublet the box to third parties
- Communicate any change in contact details
7. Allstorage Obligations
Allstorage undertakes to:
- Provide the contracted box in suitable conditions for use
- Keep the facilities clean and safe
- Guarantee 24-hour access, 7 days a week
- Provide individual and non-transferable access code
8. Insurance
All boxes include basic insurance. For goods exceeding the covered limit, the customer must take out additional or own insurance.
9. Access to Facilities
The customer has access to the facilities 24 hours a day via personal code. Allstorage reserves the right to suspend access in case of contract breach, namely for non-payment.
10. Liability
Allstorage is not liable for damage to stored goods resulting from causes not attributable to the company, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of third parties or customer negligence.
11. Termination for Breach
In case of customer breach, namely non-payment exceeding 60 days, Allstorage may terminate the contract and proceed with the sale of stored goods to recover outstanding amounts, after prior notification.
12. Data Protection
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at allstorage.pt/privacy-policy.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Portuguese law. For resolution of any disputes arising from the contract, the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
